Successful FAT of the Excel 2.5 Rewinder

HERGEN is pleased to announce the successful delivery of another Excel 2.5 Rewinder to a confidential customer. At the end of 2024, the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) was successfully carried out. This test, performed at HERGEN’s facilities, ensures that the equipment meets the strict technical specifications and safety standards set by the company and the market.

HERGEN Modernizes IPEL’s PM3

HERGEN has just delivered a modernization package for IPEL’s PM3, targeting to increase machine’s production. The project includes the installation of a new Ribbed Steel Yankee Cylinder with hollow shaft gearbox, an updated of the steam and condensate system, the replacement of the Steam Heated Hood’s wet end and the installation of a new Press Roll.

HERGEN’s Headbox reaches 1.000 m/min at VALPASA

VALPASA Paper Industry, located in the city of Tangará (State of Santa Catarina – Brazil), has reached a working speed of 1,000 m/min on its packaging paper machine, where a new Headbox supplied by HERGEN was installed last August.

START-UP of the new MISTER PAPER Tissue Machine

MISTER PAPER, a company located in the city of Major Vieira (state of Santa Catrina – Brazil), has started up its new Tissue Paper Machine, the PM2. The start-up was very successful and the machine – a SMART ECO, supplied by HERGEN – has been producing high-quality paper ever since.
