Efficient production with low energy consumption
The SMART ECO tissue machine, equipped with HERGEN’s Smart Yankee Dryer has a high drying capacity due to its ribbed internal surface, ensuring superior heat exchange. This results in efficient production and provides considerable savings per produced ton.
In addition, the machine operates with a canopy hood, whose main purpose is to extract the water vapor generated during paper drying. Using just two small fans, the canopy hood has very low energy consumption.
This optimized configuration makes it possible to extract maximum performance from the machine, guaranteeing efficient and sustainable production.
