The program focused on presenting HERGEN’s ESG case, highlighting the strategic guidelines that integrate environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and corporate governance into the company’s culture and processes. During the presentation, experiences and results from the actions, methodologies, and tools used throughout HERGEN’s ESG journey were shared.

Following the presentation, participants visited the CTec – Professional Technical Center, a project that represents HERGEN’s commitment to developing new talent and promoting technical development within the community. CTec was presented as a strategic pillar for preparing professionals aligned with the technological demands of HERGEN and the metal-mechanical industry, connecting theory and practice in a structured and modern environment.
The visit concluded with a tour of HERGEN’s manufacturing facilities, where the members of the Committee were able to closely observe the production processes, applied engineering, and the quality standards that position the company as a reference in supplying solutions for the industry.
